Wonder-lust White Outfit | life-in-resume

Black and White will always be a classic combination. Although the Monochrome trend isn't as big as last year it will always be a iconic look that is easy to pull off whether you are super confident in your dress sense or less so and also whatever shape body you have.
As it is S/S i feel white would be a colour much more closely related out of both black and white - there for i came up with this outfit idea using some key pieces that i feel most people will already have in their wardrobe and if not some would class as a staple. The pieces chose can be mixed and matched with similar style or just as a basis for a outfit idea where you could include other key pieces that you already own.
1. Wrap around crop top - River Island - £22.00
This top is defiantly in at the moment - it is in the style of the on trend wrap around skort that have been a huge success for topshop. Although it is a crop top it still has a nice fitted effect around the bust which i feel will work well with both girls with big boobs and small.
2. Onyx pendulum choker - Moonchild - £8.99
This website is a really good website for jewelry that i could imagine being on tumblr or at a vintage market - Which at the moment is a big trend to shop and find one of finds.  The black onyx ties in with the monochrome trend and with it being a choker it wouldn't take any detailing away from the neckline of the crop top which is a key element of that garment.
3. Skinny white jeans - H & M - £19.99
WHITE JEANS?! Oh the fear. Well I think the thought out weighs the fact that white skinny jeans are a great staple in a British S/S wardrobe as we aren't fortunate to be able to wear shorts from March-September. So these have the summer feel about them while keeping you warm at the same time.
4. Chunky kitten sunglasses - ASOS - £12.00
Forget rayban style sunglasses, this year it is all about the chunky cat eye sunglasses. They add the instant cool 60s babe look to any outfit. Moody, mysterious and damn fine!
5. Amulet onyx ring - Moonchild - £9.99
As the necklace is also onyx i felt that by tying the two stones together it would continue the symmetry that follows from the colour trend. The detailing around the ring is really nice and would make a big statement along side solid white nails.
6. TARA Razor soled shoes - Topshop - £26.00
The stars of the show! These shoes just make this outfit. I chose white as i felt i would keep all the main features of this outfit white and all the detailing be in black as an effect but i was even more so persuaded when i saw them and realised how nice they were in white. These are a shoe you either love or hate and i would say are a good quality cheaper alternative to a pair of Jeffery Campbells.
7. Triangle clutch/across body bag - Dorothy Perkins - £9.60
No outfit is complete with out a bag and this outfit 100% needed a clutch but the great thing about this bag is it can be both a clutch and a strapped bag which can completely change the outfit. Heels and clutch makes it sexy and ready for a night out. Razor trainers and on the shoulder makes it day time ready perfect for lunch and shopping.

Hope you liked this outfit ideas - many more on their way as soon as exams are over.
