I created this with the intention for other items to be added to make it fit if the weather gets colder or if you have a day of sixth form/college or school where you are doing a lot of running around and work and could get warm even if it's colder.
Also with the intention for some of the pieces to be affordable and staple and others being a splurge and defiantly only for this A/W.
1. Shirt dress - H&M - £19.99
This dress is a really good item to have in your wardrobe as it can be worn all year around whether it be worn with pumps for summer or with a chunky cardigan and cable knit tights. The colours are really nice for autumn and is a nice twist on the A/W trend of tartan, with this green check print.
2. Cosy knit beanie - Hollister - £19
This beanie looks super cosy and well made, well it should be for the price. If you aren't happy about the price of the beanie they can be found in some many places for a fraction of the price in places like primark or new look but with this one you would be paying for a good quality beanie that would last you through a few autumn/winters.
3.Square satchel backpack - Accessorize - £35
This bag is quite expensive and isn't in many peoples budgets but I feel that a satchel works well this this style look but you can find satchels in many places I just felt that a satchel backpack would give this seemingly boring a different vibe.
4. Knee high cable knit socks - Matalan - £3
I felt these knee high socks with this look would give it a cheekier more cosy look and that is something that is often wanted to be achieved during the autumn seasons. These are also super good value for money.
5. Velvet boots - Topshop - £36.99
THESE BOOTS ARE WOW! I really need these boots I my life, they're the perfect example of how velvet should be worn. They also give the chunkier boot a more feminine look.
