Summer occasion outfit | life-in-resume

Every summer you'll have at least 1 special occasion. Whether its a wedding, christening, birthday party or any other type of social gathering. So I came up with an outfit that I think could fit an occasion perfectly whether it be a day or evening event.
I also added some summer trend aspects to this outfit that can be used in different situations not just a special occasion because there is nothing more annoying then buying something for a purpose and never wearing it again.
1. Wrap around high low chiffon skirt - h&m - £12.99
High low is a massive trend and it has been since the beginning of the year. Is skirt can be worn is all sorts of situations withers it to a special occasion or work I think it can work really well and can be worn dressed up or dresses down. I also think this is really good value for money as working with chiffon is really difficult.
2. Cropped sleeve less top - h&m - £2.99
I mean £2.99 that is insane, this top is defiantly a staple this year. Me being someone that doesn't fully approve of crop tops I still understand that they are very on trend and if worn well they can look really nice.
3. Barry M 'shocking pink' - superdrug - £2.99
Instead of paying for a manicure you might as well £2.99 for this nail varnish that will last you more uses than a manicure. If your lucky Barry m nail paints can last up to 5 days.(if you don't do any washing up)
4. Prince court glitter stilettos - Schuh - £44.99
Glitter. Stilettos. Amazing. Yes these are a tad pricey but how can you not love them. They just make the outfit pop.
5. Neon box clutch - Zara - £15.99
Neon is very in trend this year and I think it would really work well against the black outfit and also look nice with the glitter heels and statement necklace.
6. Neon statement necklace - new look - £19.99
Statement necklace and jewellery can really make an outfit.
7. Leather jacket - New look - £59.99
If the event begins to get cold it's nice to have something for later in in the evening.  A leather jacket can work well with the black of the outfit and give it more if an edgy feel.
